I spent so much time in my parents’ house growing up, that I had every closet, drawer, and shelf etched into my memory. However, after dwelling there for years, I bear in mind at some point finding a new drawer sort of tucked away underneath our prolonged kitchen countertop. I can’t imagine how I would have felt if I discovered one thing more substantial, like a full hidden room. Cannabis, including concentrated cannabis, included in a cannabis product manufactured in compliance with law isn’t considered an adulterant underneath state law.
The invoice would exclude from the definition of “animal,” for these purposes, livestock and meals animals, as specified. The bill would require that cannabis products meant for animals comply with extra focus and other requirements adopted by regulations of the department.
